There is a new SSO protocol to login onto the portal!

Please follow these guidelines :

  1. Click on the login button
  2. Near to "Are you a customer", click on the "Login here" link
  3. (If asked, choose the "Semarchy SSO -> Customers and Partners Login")
  4. The Semarchy SSO Login appears
  5. You can use the credntials you defined when you Signed-Up and click "Log in"
  6. You are now logged in and can raise tickets on our portal !
