Is it possible to add in the golden view an attribute to catogorize the golden information ? This information will be not in the master information, it will be added by the user who enrichs the golden data.

You simply add an attribute to the entity in your model.  You make it non-mandatory. Even though the attribute is present in the source data or master data views it does not have to be populated. A user can author the value of this attribute in a golden data view.
