Hi! I just upgraded to XDM 5.3.6. The application is working but when I RDP into the application server and try to view localhost I get this error. Any thoughts?

If the xDM application is not deployed at the root level of tomcat, you will see a 404 error. You can either add the /semarchy context path to your URL or you can deploy the xDM application at the root level.
