Is there a way to search on the Select Golden Record screen?

They are a few options for sorting but there doesn't seem to be a way search for a record. It's problematic the golden record pool is in the thousands.

In the form step under the References Selection properties tab, you can click on Search Configurations to choose a particular search method to use.
Note that this search step will then appear before the collection picker.
