Yes, xDM supports updating the Attribute(s) of many records at the same time from the UI. Records can be selected from a Collection via a filter, or combination of filters, and possibly further refined by selecting a subset of individual records from those results to be updated. Once selected, records can be updated in bulk by selecting Mass Update from the application's Action Set, altering the Attribute(s) of interest and selecting Apply.
Another method is by importing the bulk data containing the updated values from a Collection in the application UI. The new data will be processed in the Data Certification pipeline and the updates will be applied (within the guidelines of Survivorship and Override configuration).
