Hello,

I am currently developing a workflow dedicated to the creation of client accounts. Following the successful validation of each account request, I aim to send out personalized email notifications. These notifications will encompass essential details that were input during the process, notably including the Account ID and the client's name... Is it possible ?

Yes it's possible with the new workflows included in the 2023.0 version.

Hi Ziyad,

there was, but not a native functionnality, using a plugin that the support team would send to you as well as the sample use-case and explanations on how to use it. Please raise a support ticket so that the team can give you more inputs (I can't send it publicly in this topic thread).
