Enrichers for API Requests Not Applying Data Changes

Hello, I have configured the following Enricher for my Lookup entity as I am trying to test Single Learner Match with the Lookup UI
I have the Enrichment scope set to 'None' because we want the SemQL Enricher, but applied to API requests and not integration jobs:
I have checked off the Stepper > Form Enricher option for 'On Data Change':
However, when I submit a 'Single Match Learner' request with data I expect to match in the database, I do not get any match and I also don't see any data change that I expect the enricher to perform:
I need help understanding why the enricher is not populating these attributes like I expect and why there are no best match details when the data in my request matches database records. Is the enrichment scope = 'None' causing problems? This is the value set for all of my organization's SemQL enrichers for API requests.
Thanks for any help,

Hi David,
Not sure to understand your context, you use the UI or an API request ?
You talk about API requests then you talk about a stepper, component used by UI not by API.
