When a new user is created and the log in and go to their User Profile. Where do you set it so that the time zone will default to a specific zone as in the image below?

Hello Gavin,
You can follow the below steps to change the default value of the time zone-
1. Go to the configuration-> Identity management-> Internal-Built-in
2. Now go to the Profile section and see the time zone field, set a value to your use case and save it -
So, every time you create a new user the default value is Africa/Johannesburg in the timezone.
By default the timezone is 'Etc/'GMT for evey user but if you want to change it just after creating a new user then you can go to the DB table 'idm_user' in the repository schema and then change the timezone accordingly which will be reflecting to the user-
