How can I trigger a "match on child records" matcher when something is changing on a child record?

You have to include in the certification job of the child entity the parent entity itself, to process the parent entity at the same time. And if the parent entity is not updated at the same time from your source system, you need to publish the existing parent entity master record in the same load.
