Is it possible to disable a menu item on the action set for a collection based on a condition.

We have a child collection on a form of a parent and want to disable the Create Menu item if the parent record date is expired.

Have you tried to set the Condition property in the configuration tab of the action menu item?

Please note, if you allow multi-selection, the action will only be executed for items which meet the condition.

I can't believe I dint see that and now you mention it, it sticks out like a sore thumb.

I wasn't that blind, the condition is not available for a workflow item

I have solved it by adding different tabs with conditions on to show collections with different action sets
